Looks like the same ones at some night clubs and island resorts. It's light so it can be moved around easily. It comes with clips to bind them together. Glad it's not heavy because I know some will complain it's too heavy. For those that want to keep it from moving/shifting, try adding a 10lb or 20lb sandbag on bottom of the support structure to keep it stationery.Also, the delivery was pleasant. They called 3 days in advance to schedule a delivery time and day. It took about 2 weeks from order date so don't expect it the same week. On delivery day, they called 1 hour before to confirm that they are on the way. At the exact time, they showed up and placed all the big boxes in the backyard. The biggest boxes I've seen in my life, by the way. Great service from the delivery company. It came in a 8 days even though the order said 2 to 4 weeks. The delivery company called to schedule a delivery appointment that was convenient. A huge semi-trailor truck backed down our cul-de-sac since he couldn't otherwise turn around. He delivered 4 big boxes to the front door. The driver was friendly and professional. The unpacking was easy. Initially I thought that some cushions were missing. I immediately called Ohana and got instructions to look at the underside of the wicker chair and sure enough they were tucked in very neatly underneath. So all arrived perfectly. The pieces were light enough for one person to carry although a bit awkward in size so 2 people made it easier. We got red, it is a beautiful color, I would call cherry. The base is almost black. It looks great in our family room with a nice sleek contemporary design, so we can't wait to get it outside. Very well made and the prices in comparison to the other sets we looked at were unbelievably lower. Everything came quickly, carefully packed and all of the cushions fit just right. In keeping with its design keep in mind that the backs are a little low. Also the pillows don't attach to the furniture, so we'll have to see how that works for us in windy conditions. We may just add velcro strips to the bottoms. Now to the service, I emailed them well after receiving the set and questioned why we hadn't received a cover. They responded immediately and the next day the cover was in the mail! You really couldn't ask for more. This is a great product and my experience with the company was excellent. |
